XTEND BARRE FUNDAMENTALS

Discover your inner ballerina and build a dancer’s body with this introductory Xtend Barre class created by professional dancer and Pilates aficionado Andrea Rogers. This workout equally combines strength, cardio and flexibility. Even if you’re not a professional dancer, you will feel strong and elegant with the basic Xtend Barre moves. Think tighter body, long and leaner legs, and toned arms.

XTEND BARRE STICK

The Xtend Barre Stick is a 60 minutes workout that uses the Pilates Stick attached to the barre, to add resistance to your regular Xtend Barre workout. This class will build your cardio endurance, upper body strength and core stability while still promoting the familiar and traditional Xtend Barre moves.
