The course programmes and instructor education as devised by Pilates Academy Internationaltm (PAI) provide a detailed combination of theory, observation and practical experience to help you master the various repertoires. Founded by its directors, identical twins Katherine Corp and Kimberly Corp in January 2006, the programme is described as contemporary, similar to other modern styles but with influence from the field of sports medicine and exercise management.
