GROUP REFORMER OPEN

An accessible but challenging workout, the reformer can be adjusted for each individual to satisfy a range of fitness levels producing a strong and streamlined body. This open level class strengthens and engages the entire body focusing on muscle tone and endurance, balance and functional strength.

Pre-requisite: In general good health. Suitable for all levels

GROUP REFORMER SCULPT

Take your body to new heights in this challenging, intermediate, flowing class that will sculpt and tone your body. Total body workout utilising a variety of small props to enhance the intensity of the exercises, producing a strong, lean and supple body without adding bulk in this energising routine.

Pre-requisite: at least ten (10) group reformer open classes

Notes

  • Schedule is subject to change from time to time
  • Classes are 55 mins long
  • Minimum of 3 persons per class
  • Kindly note that socks are required to be worn at all the classes for hygienic purpose
